Pastor Bayo Olusanya in the second service continued his teachings on the doctrines of The Redeemed Christian Church of GOD. He did well to remind us that we are called to be set apart, and to live differently for GOD has called us to be Holy as HE is.

He shares with us some of the doctrines taught and practiced in The Redeemed Christian Church Of GOD. He makes it clear that our fundamental beliefs and teachings of the church, are based on the Bible. Some of the doctrines are:

- We believe in the Scriptures as the inspired Word of God and that they are the supreme authority for faith and conduct.
- We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who became man, died for our sins, rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and will come again to judge the living and the dead.
- We believe that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded by God for all and necessary for the forgiveness of sins.
- We believe that justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.
- We believe in sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ; through the Word, and by the Holy Spirit.
- We believe in holiness as God's standard of living for His people.
- We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as a symbol of identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.
- We believe in baptism in the Holy Spirit as an enduement of power for service with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
- We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 and as manifested in the early Church.
- We believe in divine healing through faith in the name of Jesus Christ and that healing is included in the Redemption.
- We believe that we have a mandate to preach the gospel to all nations, making disciples of them, baptizing them, and teaching them to observe all things that Christ has commanded us.

As you continue to watch the sermon visuals will be provided for some of the doctrines that need to be seen in other to understand the context in which it is explained and know what steps to take to get back on the right path.

Stay blessed.
